Berta had the privilege of creating the cover illustration for the 20th edition of Hungary’s luxury travel magazine, Roadster. The brief called for a visual interpretation that would channel the timeless glamour and playful elegance of Slim Aarons’ iconic 1970s pool party series. Her aim was to capture not only the whimsical, sun-soaked atmosphere of Aarons’ work but also to weave in subtle references to travel and contemporary literature, evoking the sense of adventure and refined leisure that defines Roadster’s world of wanderlust.
