Editorial illustration for the ZEIT Online article ‘We’re Not Lazy, We Just Work Differently,’ exploring Gen Z workplace culture. Often described as lazy, spoiled, or overly self-confident, younger employees are frequently subject to persistent stereotypes. Die Zeit interviewed ten members of Generation Z to examine which of these assumptions hold true. The series were commissioned to include a header illustration portraying Gen Z employees alongside their older colleagues in a workplace setting, as well as three additional illustrations depicting interviewees engaged in their respective professions.
